Our application operates exclusively within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and is distributed via Microsoft AppSource. It utilizes GPT models deployed within Azure OpenAI services, hosted in the tenant of the company using Business Central. The application is fully contained within the Business Central environment and is restricted by its data access limitations.

The application only receives data that Business Central transmits as part of its telemetry for the extension. No data related to orders, customers, suppliers, invoices, or other business documents is transmitted externally. Business Central controls the flow of data, and no business-related information is shared outside the system.

 

We do not require customers, partners, or other visitors to provide personal information to access our site. Users may visit our site anonymously. We do not collect personal data unless voluntarily provided (except for certain IP analyses conducted by third-party analytical services—see links to their privacy policies below).

Our solution can generally be used without providing personal data, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses. When such data is provided voluntarily, it is used solely to fulfill user requests.

1.2 Data Processing and Data Analysis for Marketing Purposes

We value our customers and strive to provide relevant product and service information tailored to their needs. This involves analyzing business interactions and market research. We analyze and process:

• The results of the request to AI Assistant (provided by Microsoft AppInsight telemetry);

• Information gathered during visits to Business Central (provided by Microsoft AppInsight telemetry);

• Data is collected from interactions with our applications and extensions to perform research, diagnostics, and analytics (provided by Microsoft AppInsight telemetry).

Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any company outside of Extensionsforce.com or our trusted third-party service providers without your consent, except as required for delivering requested products or services and as explicitly outlined in this policy.
